Meet Adeline Yeo
Our Chief Visionary Officer
Meet Adeline, a passionate educator and transformational leader dedicated to nurturing confidence and communication skills. Adeline's dedication to education led her to attain a Masters in Early Childhood Education, whist founded a learning center focused on instilling a love for language in children. Her passion for learning extends to guiding professionals through the evolving demands of the corporate world with certifications in leadership performance coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Timeline Therapy. She is accomplished public speaker and multi-category champion by Toastmasters International, Adeline's commitment to community shines through her mentoring, leadership, and volunteer efforts. As an author of "Transform or Perish: Take Ownership of Your Career Destiny" and "Explorers Today, Winners Tomorrow: Are You Ready for the Future Economy?", Adeline continues to inspire and guide individuals towards success.
Meet Joseph Tan
Our Chief Strategy Officer and Confidence Coach
As a seasoned serial entrepreneur with 13 ventures ranging from culinary enterprises to sports schools and event management, Joseph brings a wealth of experience and innovative ideas to IMADE Singapore. Dedicated to community improvement and personal development, he leverages his extensive knowledge to guide individuals in building confidence and rediscovering their passion. Known as the Confidence Coach, Joseph excels in helping others overcome their fears, empowering them to achieve their full potential. His nearly two decades of leadership as a community chairman reflect his commitment to nurturing talent and fostering growth.
Meet Darrell Tan
Our Chief Inquisitive Officer
Darrell is a lifelong learner with a deep passion for education and language. He holds a Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA) from Cambridge and a Specialist Diploma in Specific Learning Differences (SpLD) from the Dyslexia Association of Singapore, where he was the Valedictorian. Darrell also pursued a Master of Arts in Literary Studies, and he actively contributes to the Toastmasters community as a guest and language evaluator. His dedication to public speaking has earned him numerous championships in Toastmasters International contests since 2020. As an educator, Darrell believes in the power of effective communication and is committed to empowering his learners, embodying the mantra: “You don’t have to be good to start, but you need to start to be good.”
